Core features and advantages

  • Balanced nutrition and scientific formula

Nitrogen (18%) : Promotes the growth of stems and leaves, makes plants lush, and lays the foundation for photosynthesis and yield formation.

Phosphorus (18%) : Promotes root development and enhances root absorption capacity; It is helpful for flower bud differentiation and promotes the ripening of fruits and seeds, and is particularly important for root and stem, flower and fruit medicinal materials.

Potassium (18%) : Enhances stress resistance (drought resistance, cold resistance, disease and pest resistance), promotes the transportation and accumulation of photosynthetic products, and can significantly increase the dry matter content and active ingredient accumulation of medicinal materials.

The balanced ratio of 18-18-18 ensures that the medicinal materials can obtain comprehensive and balanced nutrition at all growth stages, avoiding growth disorders caused by the deficiency of certain elements.

  • High concentration, high efficiency

A total nutrient content of 54% belongs to high-concentration compound fertilizer, which means it has less impurities and higher effective components. After application, the fertilizer effect is remarkable, and the utilization rate is relatively high. It can reduce the frequency and amount of fertilization, and save labor costs.

  • The targeted nature of "special use for medicinal materials" :

For common crops, the main pursuit is yield, while for medicinal materials, more emphasis is placed on the content and quality of active ingredients. This special fertilizer meets the requirements of specific medicinal materials (such as root vegetables like Astragalus membranaceus and Codonopsis pilosula, or whole plants like mint and honeysuckle) for special trace elements by adjusting the nutrient ratio and adding necessary medium and trace elements (such as sulfur, calcium, magnesium, zinc, boron, etc., depending on the brand formula), thereby enhancing the appearance and efficacy of the medicinal materials.

  • Improve soil

If it is of the sulfur-based type, its by-product is sulfate, which can effectively improve saline-alkali soil, is less likely to cause soil compaction, and is conducive to the growth environment of the root system of medicinal materials. This is particularly important for medicinal materials that need to grow for many years.

Root and rhizoma medicinal materials: such as ginseng, Astragalus, Codonopsis pilosula, licorice, salvia miltiorrhiza, Rehmannia glutinosa, Atractylodes macrocephala, Paeonia lactiflora, Pinellia ternata, etc. Balanced nutrients can ensure the healthy growth of the above-ground parts, while promoting the expansion of underground roots and stems and the accumulation of dry matter.

Whole herbal medicines: such as mint, agastache, Leonurus japonicus, Andrographis paniculata, etc. Adequate nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium can ensure that plants are strong and have lush branches and leaves.

Flower and fruit medicinal materials: such as honeysuckle, chrysanthemum, wolfberry, hawthorn, etc. Phosphorus and potassium elements are crucial for flower bud differentiation and fruit development.

Other medicinal materials with relatively balanced demands for nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium.

Compound Fertilizer

54% compound fertilizer (18-18-18) for medicinal materials is a high-end fertilizer designed for modern GAP (Good Agricultural Practice) cultivation of Chinese medicinal materials. Its core advantage lies in the high-concentration and balanced ratio of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, supplemented by necessary trace elements. While ensuring the yield of medicinal materials, it focuses more on enhancing the content of effective components and appearance quality. It is one of the ideal choices for achieving high-quality, high-yield and efficient cultivation of medicinal materials.
