  • "Blended fertilizer" : Also known as BB fertilizer, it is made by blending single or compound fertilizer particles with similar particle sizes in proportion through physical methods. Its characteristics are:

· Flexible formula: It can be adjusted according to soil and crop requirements. 

· Uniform nutrients: The particles are uniform, and each particle contains nutrients. 

·The production cost is relatively low.

  • Main raw materials and processes

· Nitrogen source: Large granular urea (containing 46% N). 

· Phosphorus source: monoammonium phosphate (e.g. 11-52-0) or diammonium phosphate (18-46-0). 

· Potassium source: Potassium chloride (containing 60% K₂O) or potassium sulfate (containing 50% K₂O).

  • Outstanding features

· Balanced nutrition: The ratio of the three elements is 1:1:1, which is suitable for most growth stages of crops and is especially conducive to balanced nutrient absorption. 

· High concentration and high efficiency: It has a high total nutrient content, requires a relatively small dosage, and has low transportation and application costs. 

· Strong versatility: It has relatively low selectivity for soil and crops, and is especially suitable for situations where the soil testing formula is unclear or where balanced nutrition needs to be replenished quickly. 

· Good water solubility: High-quality products have high water solubility and can be used in integrated water and fertilizer systems such as drip irrigation and sprinkler irrigation.

  • Applicable crops and periods

· Field crops: corn, wheat, rice (to be adjusted in the middle and later stages). 

· Cash crops: cotton, rapeseed, peanuts, soybeans. 

· Fruit trees: apples, citrus fruits, grapes, peaches, etc. (young fruit stage and fruit expansion stage). 

· Vegetables: tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, leafy vegetables, etc.

· Avoid blind application: Long-term use may lead to the accumulation of phosphorus and potassium in the soil. Regular soil testing and formula adjustment should be carried out. 

· Use with caution on chlorine-sensitive crops: If the raw material is potassium chloride, for chlorine-sensitive crops such as tobacco, potatoes, and some fruit trees, potassium sulfate type should be selected. 

· Seed and root system safety: When used as seed fertilizer, avoid direct contact with seeds to prevent seedling burning. 

· Combined application: It is recommended to use it in combination with organic fertilizers to improve soil structure and enhance fertilizer efficiency. 

· Weather and soil: Avoid application on rainy days. For sandy soil, apply in small amounts frequently.
